Job Title: Branch 3 Termite Inspector Company: Goodlife Inspections Location: Sacramento and Solano County, CA (including Fairfield, Vacaville, Vallejo, and surrounding areas) Salary: $70,000–$160,000+ annually (based on performance) Job Type: Full-time About Goodlife Inspections Goodlife Inspections has been a leader in property inspections in the Sacramento region for over 40 years. Position Overview We are hiring a licensed Branch 3 Termite Inspector for the Sacramento and Solano County area. This position is ideal for experienced inspectors who want a high volume of quality leads, full administrative and repair support, and clear pathways for career advancement. Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough termite and wood-destroying organism (WDO) inspections in accordance with California regulations
Generate clear, accurate reports for real estate transactions and homeowners
Communicate findings professionally with clients, agents, and internal teams
Collaborate with in-house repair teams for seamless project handoffs
Maintain a professional appearance and represent Goodlife Inspections with integrity

Requirements

Active Branch 3 Field Representative license (Required)
2+ years of termite inspection experience
Professional communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of structural pest control regulations and standards
Valid CA driver’s license and a clean driving record
Reliable, self-motivated, and organized
