Job Description: SAP FICO Team Lead/Architect
Location: Toronto, Ontario (Onsite with travel required)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Team Lead or Architect to lead and deliver SAP Controlling (CO) solutions aligned with business requirements. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the SAP CO module and a proven track record of successfully leading SAP FICO implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP CO solutions to meet business requirements.
Oversee and deliver solutions for the following SAP CO modules:
Product Costing (CO-PC)
Profitability Analysis (COPA)
Internal Orders (IO)
Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the SAP FICO team.
Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and external systems.
Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and post-implementation support.
Drive best practices for SAP FICO processes and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
Required Qualifications
Must have extensive experience as an SAP FICO Team Lead or Architect.
In-depth knowledge of SAP CO modules: CO-PC, COPA, IO, CCA, and PCA .
Proven ability to deliver SAP CO solutions tailored to complex business requirements.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in full-cycle SAP implementations, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
