Job Description

Roles/Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage complex middleware-based integrations, including XML-driven data transformations and file-based processing.
• Design, develop, and deploy bidirectional Boomi integrations between Oracle PeopleSoft and Salesforce, including real-time and batch data flows.
• Translate higher ed-specific business processes (e.g., applications, admissions, course registration, student record updates) into integration logic.
• Create data transformation logic and mappings for student, applicant, and enrollment data.
• Build robust error handling, retry logic, and system alerts using Boomi best practices.
• Parameterize connectors and use environment extensions for secure, reusable deployments across dev/test/prod environments.
• Maintain integration documentation, field mappings, and data dictionaries.
• Collaborate with functional teams, Salesforce developers, database administrators, and institutional research staff.
• Participate in regression testing, UAT, and go-live support cycles for new integrations.

Mandatory Skills:

Expertise in Dell Boomi for designing, developing, and managing complex middleware integrations, with proficiency in XML data transformations, bidirectional integrations between Oracle PeopleSoft and Salesforce, and higher education business process logic.
