RN - Interventional Radiology (Permanent Role)

Location: Waxahachie, TX, 75165

Shift: 12 HR Days | 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM

Guaranteed Hours: (36 hours/week)

Compensation: Based on experience (Negotiable)

Essential Responsibilities:

Recognize potential clinical or operational problems and apply effective problem-solving strategies.
Oversee and support the nursing team to ensure high-quality, cost-effective care.
Strategically allocate resources to balance optimal patient outcomes and operational productivity.
Develop and implement policies and procedures in alignment with accreditation standards and institutional priorities.
Support performance improvement initiatives based on research and best practices.

Qualifications:

Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience (Interventional Radiology or related specialty preferred).
Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas.
Certification:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire if not already certified.
