The Senior Project Manager will lead and implement multiple IT initiatives, working closely with IT leadership and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The role involves project planning, resourcing, vendor assessment, progress reporting, stakeholder management, and cost-benefit analysis.

Responsibilities:
- Provide project management for large-scale, complex, high-profile, and high-risk IT initiatives.
- Develop and implement detailed project and resource plans.
- Ensure project deliverables meet client business requirements on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Manage assigned projects, ensuring effective teamwork, communication, and high standards of work quality.
- Manage several complex projects simultaneously.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to confirm problems, expected outcomes, and project deliverables.
- Define project objectives and scope in collaboration with project sponsors and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain up-to-date project plans, including resource designation and detailed schedules.
- Follow and control project evolution, communicating progress and facilitating meetings.
- Manage project risks, including contingency and critical path.
- Integrate and evaluate the Change Management Approach.
- Ensure appropriate methodology is used throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide high-quality project and program management standards.
- Lead and manage multi-disciplinary professional teams.
- Lead communications and relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Produce monthly reports, including project programs and risk registers.
- Develop and implement business cases in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Provide innovation and transformational leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field within Information Technology.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project exposure.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in project or program management, including 5+ years on large projects.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management methodology.
- Proven capacity to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering results.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Proven problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage business stakeholders' expectations.
- Vendor Management experience and skills.
